Neal's insights into what facts, messages, concepts and words appeal to audiences, including small, captive audiences like jurors, is a practical knowledge developed over 8 years of winning trial consulting and 20 additional years experience as an advertising copywriter, creative director, corporate communications expert and television & screenwriter.

His activities in marketing and corporate communications include a variety of projects ranging from national marketing, advertising and public relations campaigns to major investor, media and employee presentations as well as executive speechwriting.  Neal is a recipient of all the major advertising industry creative awards including: Cannes, One Show, Communication Arts, Clio, National and Regional Addy.  His agency experience includes stints at DDB/Needham, Romann & Tannenholz and Ogilvy & Mather.  A short list of advertising and corporate clients Neal has worked with includes: IBM, General Foods, Novartis, Polaroid, Michelin, Seagram, Georgia Pacific, Hewlett Packard, Amoco, Shoney's, Atlanta Olympic Committee, Coca-Cola, BellSouth, Delta Airlines, MCI, Pfizer, Centers for Disease Control and the American Cancer Society.

As a television and screenwriter, Neal has also written scripts for many networks and studios, including NBC, ABC, CBS, Universal, Columbia TriStar, Regency and Spelling.
